2.3 Materials. Papers used in fabrication of the bags shall be glassine, and shall conform to physical requirements specified in Table I below.

* No individual resistance to grease penetration shall be less than 400 seconds.
2.4. Workmanship . The bags shall be free of serrated edges and shall be cut flush with a thumb cut on the face. The bags shall be free of holes, tears, or other defects which may impair their serviceability.
3. Quality Assurance.
3.1. Product conformance. The product provided shall meet the salient characteristics of this document, conform to producer’s own drawings, specifications, standards, and quality assurance practices and be the same product offered for sale in the commercial market. The government reserves the right to require proof of such conformance.
Sampling and acceptance criteria shall be conducted in accordance with the applicable Tappi tests referenced in this commercial item description.
